Tinder’s First Female CEO, Match Group’s Mandy Ginsberg, Has Announced Her Resignation After Less Than One Year In The Role.
While Tinder's outgoing CEO, Renate Nyborg, lasted less than a year on the job, she was not Match Group's only high-profile female executive to depart in recent months. In a letter to shareholders that outlined his "observations" from 62 days on the job, Tinder's newly tapped CEO Bernard Kim announced Tuesday that Match Group has tapped a new CEO for the dating app and laid out plans for a new product direction for Tinder. The changes include an integration with Spotify called "Music Mode," which allows people to share a music "Anthem" on their profile, and "Blind Date," a feature that pairs people based on interests before revealing their photos.
